Coach will pick up the Irish players at 9:30 a.m. from the Comfort Inn, Kensington - Clive will be there from 9.00 a.m.). The coach will drive to the Kensington Close Hotel to pick up the Italian team at approx 9.40 a.m. The coach will then drive to the Roehampton Tennis club where the Irish and Italian teams will be dropped off. The coach will continue to the Richmond Hill Hotel to collect the German team at approx 10.15 a.m.
Tennis will start at 11.00 a.m. on grass courts. There will be singles and doubles. Play finishes at 5:00p.m.

There will probably be a court for supporters who wish to play. The spectator facilities are very good with a swimming pool, restaurant and bar and TV. The lounges are very comfortable.
For spectators who would like to make a local trip, the 43 hectare London Wetland Centre is a 15-20 min walk away. It is the best urban site in Europe to watch wildlife, an international award winning visitor attraction and a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Richmond Hill and Kew Gardens are other local sites which are a short taxi drive away. See links for websites.

Please bring your evening clothes (smart/casual) as the coach will take us directly from the club to Clandon Park for our welcome meal, leaving Roehampton Club between 6.00 and 6.30 p.m. Clandon Park is a Palladian mansion, about 25 miles from Roehampton, and has beautiful grounds.


We will finish at about 10:00p.m. The coach will take you back to your hotels.
